Located just north of historic Charleston, South Carolina, Not Just Boards is surrounded by the inspirational low-country. The amazing shoreline and historic cobble-stone streets provide plenty of inspiration, not to mention the area is bustling with incredible cuisines and delicious treats around every corner. It made perfect sense for us to begin providing unique and one-of-a-kind boards and serve-ware to the local and surrounding areas.

Not Just Boards wanted to create a non-assembly line style business, offering unique pieces, works of art so to speak. Living in the heart of such a beautiful town, surrounded by history and a highly respected culinary scene, compliments everything we put into our work. From the lumber we use that is sourced from local forestry to the effort we put in to make each piece personal and proud to have on our shelves. Not Just Boards really enjoys taking the time to make something special, because we know that when our boards are being used, it’s a special occasion no matter what. 

This is a family business, owned and operated by a loving father, supported by an amazing wife, and cherished by 2 adorable children. Just like anything in our household, first we begin with love, from there we can go everywhere we want. We love what we do, we love the lives we live, and we love making pieces that resemble who we are.
